so when nat left for work today i was scared that we were going to have a repete of yesterday. I feed the baby girl and usually she'll go to bed but not today she wanted to be held, so that's what i did. And low and behold she passes out in my arms and i took her upstairs and layed her in the pack and play and she's been out like a light for almost an hour

EXCELLENT JOB!!!! you are an a great dad!!!! Also learn to prop up your arms when holding baby. You may need to hold her the rest of the day to keep her napping.
i'm so glad today was better than yesterday, up until kade barfed in the car. :) you are super dad. love you
